I had two experiences with Family Auto Service. The first was to replace my alternator and battery. I got a cheaper quote elsewhere and they dropped the price to be in the same ballpark so I had them do the work for convenience and to avoid the diagnostic fee. They did a great job on the repair. Customer service was solid. The second time will be my last time. I drove my car in after the tow truck driver diagnosed I had a faulty brake switch and got the car to start for me. I told Family Auto about the brake switch when I arrived, but they said they had to do a diagnostic to see if anything else was wrong before they gave me a quote.
